Shipping and Returns


RETURNS: If you receive a defective product, you may return it for a replacement while supplies last. Please complete the form under "Contact Us" to report your defective order.  We will expedite a replacement copy to you while supplies last.


SHIPPING: Upon receipt of your defective product claim, we will forward a postage paid template to pay for shipping items back to us.


TRACKING:  Tracking information on the products you ordered can be found in your account's User Profile.  Please login to your profile and there you will find tracking information for your order.
